According to the general lay-out of Sverdlovskoe urban settlement, Kola Industrial Park is included in the zone of industrial manufactures with 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th hazard class.

The plot of Kola Industrial Park has industrial purpose. Tellus-Group signed the 10 year lease agreement with the Federal Agency for State Property Management for a period of the construction. Currently, work on project planning area is underway.
