The visit of the Turkish Association of Automotive Parts and Components in the Leningrad Region
Turkish Association of Automotive Parts and Components (TAYSAD, Turkey) is interested in cooperation with the participants of the Leningrad Region automotive cluster.
Representatives of the Association visited the Leningrad Region on 26th of June, 2015 with a view to establish business relations and consider the possibility of accommodation in the region of the enterprises - manufacturers of automotive components.
The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development and Investment Activity of Leningrad region - Maxim Kiselnikov, Acting director of the 'Economic Development Agency of Leningrad rerion"- Irada Golik, Head of the Presidential Administration of the Chamber of Commerce of Leningrad Region - Sergei Polyakov, General Director of " Tellus-Group ",LLC – Nikolai Nepovinnykh, General Coordinator of TAYSAD - Suheil Baybaly.
The purpose of the meeting is to establish cooperation between association, regional authorities and developers. This interaction will attract the attention of members of the Association TAYSAD to the benefits of the Leningrad region and the industrial park "Kola", as a promising area for the development of the production of automotive components.
During the meeting it has been disclosed investment potential and advantages of the region, determined the measures of state support of investors, presented a platform for placing automotive companies - the industrial park "Kola".
The participants noted the availability of further cooperation between Association, regional authorities and developers. The paries agreed to give full support to producers. TAYSAD confirmed the interest of Turkish business in the developing in a new market.
"Tellus-Group", LLC (Russia) and JSC "Renaissance Construction" (Turkey) with the support of the Government of Leningrad region realize Industrial Park "Kola" that is located on a plot of 127.8 hectares in the Sverdlovsk municipal urban settlement of Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region (near the intersection of the Murmansk highway and the ring road around Saint- Petersburg) in immediate proximity of St. Petersburg. The concept of the park involves the creation of external and internal networks of engineering and transport networks, the construction of the capital of industrial and warehouse premises by the management company for built-to-suit or long-term lease.
The total investment in the creation of the park will be 450 millions $.
After resident enterprises will be at th stage of full capacity, will be created more than 5,000 work places. Total revenue in the budgets of all levels will be 2,4 milliards rubles, including 1,4 milliards rubles to the budget of the Leningrad region.
Turkish Association of Automotive Parts and Components (TAYSAD, Turkey) was founded in 1978 and is a competent representative of the Turkish automotive industry suppliers. The Association was established to coordinate the activities of producers and suppliers, as well as to provide favorable conditions for the development of the Turkish automotive industry, both in Turkey and in other countries.
The association consists of 339 members TAYSAD (DELPHI AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS, Inci Aku, Toyota, Autoliv, Magneti Marelli, and many others), 25% of which are companies with foreign capital.
Also TAYSAD is a member of CLEPA (European Association of Automotive Suppliers), and a founding partner OTAM - Automotive Technology Research & Development Center. TAYSAD signes cooperation agreements with the relevant industry organizations to potential foreign markets, organizes visits of delegations, conferences, exhibitions and B2B meetings.
