Location: Russia, North-West Federal District, Leningrad region, Vsevolozhskiy district, Sverdlovskoe settlement, Intersection of Kola Highway (R-21) and St.Petersburg Ring Road.

The total area is 12.7 Ha. The park is located in the Leningrad region, Vsevolozhskiy municipal district, Novosergievka village. III, IV and V hazard class manufacture is allowed on the site.
