The total area is 12.7 Ha. The park is located in the Leningrad region, Vsevolozhskiy municipal district, Novosergievka village. III, IV and V hazard class manufacture is allowed on the site.
The industrial and production zone is an industrial area of 12.7 hectares and provides the possibility of placing warehouse and industrial enterprises of hazard classes III, IV and V on the same site. The industrial Park is provided with engineering networks and an internal road network. The territory of the Park is fenced and will be provided with lighting and a modern security system.On the territory of the industrial Park, a 745 kW transformer substation was built and on-site roads prepared for asphalt were laid.
The territory is fenced and protected. Residents are offered to own land plots with an area of 0.9 to 4.3 Hectares. The territory of the Park is filled with residents by more than 60%.
The distance between industrial park and residential area of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region is four km. The close proximity to the inhabited quarters will provide the residents with needed workforce.
