Infrastructure

Electricity Supply. According to the technical conditions of LOESK (Leningrad Region Electricity management Company) the required volume of electricity supply is 10.2 MW from the switchgears located in the technical area.

Household Water supply. According to the technical conditions SMEU "Zanevka"60 m3 per day from water meter located in the technical area.

Waste water disposal. The volume of waste water disposal is 60 m3 per day excluding the rainwater disposals. The rainwater disposals have the capacity of 117 m3 per day. The rainwater treatment facilities are located in the technical area.

Low-voltage network.  Located in the technical area.

Motorway access. Access of the motorway with hard surface is provided to each plot.
