Prospects for the development of the transport infrastructure:

• Kudrovo subway station building is planned from 2017 till 2020.The station will be located in 1.5 km from the project area.

• Novosaratovka subway station building

• There is an exit from the Ring Motor Road to the project area

• There is an exit to the project area from building St. Petersburg – Novosaratovka road
